Mick Reinman is an Artist/Art Director and Storyboard Concept Designer. His artwork provides an effective way to develop plot, characters and scenic concepts. He has a knack for flushing out story ideas in a direct and entertaining style.
Most recently Mick illustrated the newly published graphic novel “SEVEN HOLES FOR AIR” written by “Black Swan” writer John McLaughlin. And he was Credited as Writer/Creative consultant for the short film TATTOO, made for RED DIGITAL CINEMA shown at the 2011 NAB Convention . He is presently doing concept work and storyboarding the upcoming feature “Kung Fu” from Legendary Pictures.
As Sequence Concept Design for the motion picture “The Greatest Game Ever Played.” “Mick’s ability to make a scene visually exciting was important to the look of the film,” says Bill Paxton, the movie’s director.
Mick has worked on motion pictures, title designs, commercials, graphic novels and theme park productions. For ten years Mick worked at Walt Disney Imagineering and served as Senior Principle Concept Designer from 2002-2005.
